Tracey Defferrard
Certified Fitness Trainer and Founder
Hello! I'm Tracey, Co-Owner and Head Coach of UNLMTD Coaching located in Cairns. I have always had a passion for health & fitness, and want to help my clients achieve better health & happiness through regular exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
I am a WBFF PRO Fitness Model, a mum and a Registered Nurse. I know how it feels to let life 'get busy'. I understand that for many, fitness and health can get lower on the priority list. I want to help as many as I can change that, making health through fitness a priority, that fits into a busy lifestyle. There are so many benefits from regular exercise and healthy nutrition!
I have truly found my passion for life through fitness, and after years of dreaming, I started to work towards a goal, earning my PRO status with WBFF at the age of 35, and I couldn't be prouder!

There is also an enormous amount of information available on how to - lose weight fast, get fit quick or cheat the diet; it can easily get overwhelming. Which is why I want to help my clients find what works for them. Knowing that you can push your physical boundaries further will also improve your confidence and self-belief, reduce stress levels, improve the way you look & feel!

Troy McGuane
Certified Fitness Trainer and Founder
Hello! I'm Troy, Co- Owner and Head Coach of UNLMTD Coaching located in Cairns. Having been involved in professional sports from a young age, I have always been intrigued by the human body and what it can achieve. This curiosity drove me to study a bachelor degree of Exercise Science.
I had a long career in AFL and also completed many Ironmans and ultra marathons. I understand what it takes to change a persons physique and fitness level, having done so myself - going from an endurance athlete to a competitive body builder.
I am currently competing in the IBBF and won a bronze medal for Australia in 2022. I'm passionate about helping people find their "fitness", whether it be young athletes, competitors or people looking to increase their energy, functionality and look better.
My real skills is being able to identify what a person needs to achieve their goals and then communicating this, I do this by using my extensive knowledge and experience while always remaining a student of health and fitness.

I came to UNLMTD at the start of the year with the hope of stepping on stage. My goal was to step on stage feeling healthy & strong — to prove to myself that I had the grit & resilience to overcome any hurdle. I walked away from my first comp with 2nd place & a feeling of immense pride & joy. I could not have done it without UNLMTD. I have always been one of those people who love the gym and working out but found myself in a rut and wanting more. At the time we met, Tracey was striving to achieve her own goals however without hesitation Tracey encouraged me in setting my own goals. Since that day I have found a new love of training, but equally as important a friend and trainer. Tracey is one of the most supportive, motivating, encouraging and thoughtful woman, I have ever met. Tracey has enabled me to improve on my fitness, lose weight and develop a regular exercise regime.

After being be ridden for 3 1/2 months after having a liver transplant, I had lost all muscle tone and fitness. I was unable to walk unaided initially and required the use of a walker and then a walking stick to get around. Tracey developed a program and worked with me to rebuild my muscles and physical strength. After a couple of months I was able to leave the walking aids behind and continue working towards regaining full mobility, which I have now achieved with Tracey's help and guidance." - Annette (client of 5 years)
